Job Summary:
The Project Director is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and supervision of rural electrification projects. He/she ensures the timely and efficient delivery of the works, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and the achievement of project objectives within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of rural electrification projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure coordination between civil, electrical, and environmental departments.
• Oversee project budget, schedule, and quality control.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, partners, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, HSE, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and validate technical and financial reports.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in project management in the electrification or power distribution sector.
• Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
