Job Summary:
The Civil/Geotechnical Works Supervisor ensures proper execution of civil and geotechnical works related to rural electrification projects. He/she monitors quality, safety, and compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site construction and geotechnical activities (foundations, poles, access roads, etc.).
• Ensure works comply with project specifications and safety standards.
• Control materials and equipment used on site.
• Prepare site progress reports and ensure coordination with electrical teams.
• Support the Project Director in planning and progress monitoring.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil works related to electrification projects.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Teamwork and field supervision skills.
• Familiarity with HSE and quality assurance practices.
