Job Description – Sales & Marketing Manager (Sugar Industry) Industry: Sugar Manufacturing Location: Cameroon Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities - Act as a business introducer and drive the development of the company’s client portfolio. - Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the company’s presence in the Cameroonian market. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making. - Manage and monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgeting. - Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Required Qualifications - Min a Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or any related field. - Min 8 to 12 years of experience in a manufacturing company, ideally within the sugar, FMCG, or agri-industry sector. - Strong knowledge of the Cameroonian market dynamics. - English is mandatory (written and spoken).
