The Business Head will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for all business units and functions of the company. This role is accountable for delivering sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and brand leadership, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, mission, and values. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 20 years’ leadership experience, including at least 10 years in a senior management role with multi-functional responsibilities. • Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing or industrial operations with a workforce of 500+ employees. • Strong financial acumen, business development expertise, and operational leadership skills. • Experience in managing across multiple countries/markets preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and business analytics tools
