Experience:

Minimum 15 years in E&I function
Including 10+ years in managerial role

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the E&I function within the distillery industry
• At least 10 years in a managerial role (team supervision, budgeting, and project delivery)
• Proven track record of leading E&I operations in a multinational or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Communication Systems or related field
• Relevant professional certifications
