Position: Section In Charge – Sizing, cooking & Shelling Section Department: Production Reporting To: Production Manager/ Plant Manager Role Objective: To manage Sizing, cooking & Shelling Section to achieve production, quality, hygiene, safety and efficiency targets. Shift Targets: Production ≥ 40 MT | Uncut > 15% | Shelling Pieces < 5% | Zero batch mixing Key Responsibilities: • Control daily operations of Sizing, cooking & Shelling Section. • Maintain GMP, GHP, FIFO, 5S and safety. • Ensure correct labelling and batch traceability. • Train manpower and control productivity. • Ensure all machines follow the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule. Coordinate with maintenance to avoid breakdowns and production loss. • Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and discipline. • Report shift-wise production and efficiency. • Stop operations in case of quality or safety risks. Authority: Control manpower, reject non-conforming material, Enforce GMP and stop unsafe operations.
