Job Purpose:
The Flight Dispatcher & Operations Controller will oversee operational flight dispatch activities, flight planning, flight watch, operational coordination, disruption management, and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and authorize operational flight plans and dispatch releases * Monitor flights and provide operational support throughout all phases of flight * Coordinate overflight permits, landing permits, slot approvals, and flight clearances * Handle flight planning using ARINC and other dispatch systems * Coordinate with ATC, airports, engineering, ground handling, and regulatory authorities * Analyze weather, NOTAMs, routes, alternates, and fuel requirements * Manage operational disruptions, delays, diversions, and recovery planning * Support emergency response and crisis management activities * Handle pet clearance documentation and coordination for domestic & international operations * Maintain dispatch documentation and operational records * Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, and company operational procedures * Provide operational reports and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors
