Main Missions

The HRBP’s primary mission is to align the human resources strategy with the company’s objectives, advise, and support Managers in all matters related to Human Resources management.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Identify human resource needs within the company to anticipate necessary changes and adaptations.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
• Plan training programs aimed at improving employee skills and supporting their professional development.
• Supervise and improve performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment between individual objectives and company goals.
• Provide constant support to managers on all HR matters, helping them optimize team management.
• Monitor the effective application of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
• Supervise the management of individual files, employment contracts, payroll elements, and leave.
• Promote constructive social dialogue and actively participate in conflict resolution.
• Perform any other tasks assigned.

Profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources Management or related fields.
• Maximum age: 40 years.
• Proven experience of at least 2–3 years in a similar position.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Proficiency in computer tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Cameroonian labor law.
