Main Missions

The Transit Manager’s primary mission is to organize and supervise the international transportation of goods (import/export). He/she coordinates the logistics chain, manages customs formalities, and liaises with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize costs, meet deadlines, and ensure customs compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare import and export files.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of the organization regarding documents and licenses related to transit activities.
• Prepare and validate documents required for import and export.
• Control and ensure the signing of transit orders upon receipt of documents.
• Monitor and renew administrative authorizations related to transit.
• Organize and implement procedures for transit documents within required deadlines.
• Manage insurance necessary for the transportation of documents.
• Ensure information updates on transit documents.
• Archive transit documents.

Profile

• Maximum age: 42 years.
• More than 10 years of experience in import and export.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Logistics and Transport.
