Job Title- Electrical Supervisor - Solary Energy Sector
Key Responsibilities • Design, install, test, and maintain electrical systems for renewable energy projects. • Supervise solar, inverter, battery storage, and power distribution installations. • Conduct site inspections, system assessments, and technical evaluations. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation. • Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in solar energy projects. • Experience with solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage systems, and energy efficiency solutions. • Strong knowledge of electrical design and troubleshooting. • Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or relevant professional body. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
