Quality System Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Quality Manager in establishing the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS), such as ISO 9001, and promote system implementation and continuous improvement.
• Support the Chinese Quality Manager and Technical Manager in preparing and revising system documents, including Quality Manuals, Procedure Documents, SOPs, and Record Forms.
• Maintain the effective operation of the management system, supervise all departments to work in accordance with system and procedure requirements, and standardize production and quality control processes.
• Organize regular internal audits and on-site inspections, prepare audit reports, track non-conformities, and follow up corrective actions with responsible departments.
• Distribute updated procedures, standards, technical parameters, and revised system requirements to relevant departments and ensure effective implementation.
• Coordinate and support customer audits, including audit preparation, reception, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor compliance of document control and on-site operational practices across production departments.
• Assist the Quality Manager in conducting system training for local employees, including system knowledge, product specifications, technical requirements, and operating standards to improve quality awareness.
• Promote quality system culture and guide departments in the proper use of system documents and accurate completion of quality records.
• Manage system-related data and regularly verify quality and inspection records to ensure authenticity, completeness, and traceability.
• Identify impractical or mismatched system documents and technical parameters, report findings to the Quality Manager, and assist in process optimization.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination to align quality system requirements with production needs and improve product quality and yield.
• Conduct daily inspections to monitor system implementation across departments and promptly correct non-standard operations.
• Assist the Quality Manager in regularly evaluating the effectiveness of system and process implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Qulaity Management, Engineering, Industrial Managemnt or related field.
• 5- 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Candidates with factory management experience are preferred. ISO Internal Auditor Certificate, Quality Engineer certification, or other relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to independently prepare process audit reports, system audit reports, corrective action reports, and other related documentation.
