The Export Commercial Supervisor ensures the operational implementation of the export strategy across one or more geographical zones (CEMAC). He/She oversees sales activities, supports local distributors, and ensures the achievement of sales and profitability targets in the assigned markets.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of the CEMAC zone markets
Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficiency in office tools and sales management software
Good understanding of the FMCG product distribution environment
Mastery of customer relationship management
Interpersonal Skills:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, Sales and Commercial Negotiation, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
