Job Description

• Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search.
• Conduct keyword research and create content strategies to improve website traffic and user engagement.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and acquire backlinks.
• Create and Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.
• Strategize and create proposals for digital marketing prospect
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of internal teams
• Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Requirements

• Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, PPC, social media, and display advertising
• Proficient in marketing automation tools
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics.
• Strong project and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
