Care Assistant Days. Burscough Manor Care Home

• £12.88 per hour
• Various contracts available including: 16.5 hours (1-2 shifts per week) or 22 hours (2 shifts per week), 33 hours per week (3 shifts per week) or 44 hours (4 shifts per week)
• Shifts: 8am - 8pm including weekend working
• Please note we cannot offer Visa sponsorship or accommodate 20 hours working restrictions

We’re currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may include:

• Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
• Offer emotional reassurance and companionship
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
• Work closely with the team to ensure continuity of care

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
