We are looking for a dynamic and consumer-focused E-Commerce Marketing professional with strong exposure to both on-platform and off-platform marketing. The ideal candidate should come with a solid foundation in GT Sales & Marketing and hands-on experience in key account management across Modern Trade, E-Com, or Quick Commerce. This role will lead digital growth initiatives and drive visibility, conversion, and performance across e-commerce platforms.

Develop and execute end-to-end E-Commerce marketing strategies across key platforms.

Lead both on-platform initiatives (AMS, visibility, merchandising, SEO/SEM, content optimization) and off-platform activities (digital campaigns, performance marketing, influencer marketing).

Work closely with platform teams to drive monthly plans, visibility agreements, and growth projects.

Manage platform operations including listings, content, ratings & reviews, and traffic-building initiatives.

Collaborate with GT Sales & Marketing teams to bring consumer insights and brand priorities into e-commerce planning.

Drive performance analytics, reporting, and ROI measurement for all marketing activities.

Manage key account relationships across Modern Trade/E-Com/Quick Commerce to drive joint business plans.

Lead and mentor a small team to deliver business and marketing outcomes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teams.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging, content, and campaigns across all digital touchpoints.
