Country Head - Tanzania / Kenya

• Sales Management: Lead sales of all construction chemicals product lines in Kenya across Retail & Projects.
• Plans initiatives to increase our brand presence through distribution in retail & key accounts in projects by working with developers, consultants, applicators
• Market Development - Leads Influencer development for key products, applications and drive in-market execution
• Ensures proper working capital management, commercial hygiene as per stated policies
• Drives timely recruitment and building a strong and capable team across field marketing, projects & functions to support the business
• Working with mfg. & procurement functions to ensure timely supplies to meet demand forecast
•  Driving systems & controls to ensure we meet all compliance requirements

1. Past Experience: Min 12+ years in Sales, Business Development roles with prior experience in Construction Chemicals (Water proofing and or tiling segments). Proven track record in leading zonal operations preferably in Africa.
2. Location of work: Kenya

CTC: Max USD 10,000 per month.
