The Head of Project Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the project sales segment. This role will focus on managing and expanding the retail project business through channel distribution partners and dealers. The incumbent will lead a Pan India sales team, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment of sales initiatives with company objectives to enhance revenue generation and market presence. Key Responsibility Areas 1. Leadership & Strategy: ▪ Responsible for handling Retail Project business through channel distribution partners (DPs) & dealers. ▪ Develop and implement sales strategies for key projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. ▪ Lead, mentor, and manage the project sales team Pan India, ensuring high performance and professional development. ▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with key project DPs, plumbing contractors, builders, architects, and plumbing consultants. ▪ Drive the development of new business opportunities in the project sales space, from identification to closing. 2. Sales Execution: ▪ Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and contracts for large-scale projects. ▪ Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales materials and customer communication. ▪ Track and monitor the progress of all ongoing projects to ensure sales targets are met. 3. Client Relationship Management: • Ensure excellent customer service and manage key accounts through the entire sales cycle. • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet project requirements. • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maintaining a focus on profitability. 4. Financial Management: ▪ Monitor and control the sales budget, ensuring targets and profit margins are achieved. ▪ Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. 5.
