We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for NetSuite implementations and enhancements.
Design and document system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize business operations.
Provide user training and support on NetSuite systems and functionalities.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integrations and upgrades.
Stay updated on NetSuite developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or IT related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on NetSuite or ERP systems.
Experience in NetSuite implementation is preferred.
NetSuite certifications are a plus.
Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strive for excellence;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
