Testing leader / Penetration tester

Ÿ   At least six (6) years of IT experience related to IT security including at least three (3) years of experience in delivering IT projects on manual penetration tests for systems with mobile applications or simulated web application security tests with the role as Team Leader during the past twenty (20) years (as of the Proposal Closing Date);

Ÿ   At least one (1) of the following recognised qualifications or equivalent (with valid certificates) related to IT security (as of the Proposal Closing Date):

• Certified Information System Auditor (CISP-A; 註冊信息系統審計師) from CNITSEC (CNITSEC; 中國信息安全測評中心)

• Certified Information Security Member (CISM; 註冊信息安全員) from CNITSEC

• Certified Information Security Professional (CISP; 註冊信息安全專業人員) from CNITSEC

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2

• Qualification of Computer and Software Professional - Information Security Engineer (計算機技術與軟件專業技術資格 - 信息安全工程師) from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China (中華人民共和國人力資源和社會保障部) and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China (中華人民共和國工業和資訊化部)

Ÿ   At least one (1) of the following recognised qualifications or equivalent (with valid certificates) related to penetration testing (as of the Proposal Closing Date):

• Certified Information Security Professional – Penetration Testing Engineer (CISP-PTE; 註冊信息安全專業人員- 滲透測試工程師) from CNITSEC

• Certificate of Occupational Skill Level – Level three or above (三級或以上) in Penetration Tester (滲透測試員) from China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (中國電子商會)

• CREST Certified Simulated Attack Manager (CCSAM) from Council for Registered Ethical Security Testers (CREST)

• CREST Certified Simulated Attack Specialist (CCSAS) from CREST

• CREST Certified Web Applications Tester (CCT APP) from CREST

• CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT) from CREST

• Certified Cybersecurity Penetration Assessment Professional (NSATP-A; 註冊網路安全滲透評估專業人員) from Information Technology & Security Test and Evaluation Center (ITSTEC; 信息產業信息安全測評中心)

• GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN) from Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)

• GIAC Penetration Tester Certification (GPEN) from GIAC

• GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) from GIAC

• Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE) from Offensive Security

• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security

Candidates with less experience will be assigned as Penetration Testers.
