Lead end-to-end project management of digital transformation-related projects;

Oversee project governance, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal standards and governance requirements;

Collaborate with business owners, IT, and vendors to gather, validate, and manage requirements across stakeholders;

Review and validate project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance with organisational requirements;

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align expectations and ensure delivery quality;

Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and drive timely resolution through structured governance controls;

Facilitate cross-team discussions to resolve issues and ensure alignment between business, IT, and vendor teams;

Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide structured status reports, steering updates, and executive reporting packs to senior leadership;

Ensure compliance with project governance processes, organisational policies, and regulatory requirements;

Oversee business readiness and coordinate rollout, training, and adoption activities;

Maintain project documentation, ensuring traceability of requirements, decisions, and changes for audit purposes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline;

7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects;

Proven ability to analyse business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and dependencies in complex environments;

Understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ticketing, CRM, or customer platforms) is an advantage;

Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and compliance standards;

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent;

Experience in vendor management, including contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executives and non-technical stakeholders.
