Position Title: Welder
Requirements:
Bangladesh Welder: < 35 years. Skilled and detail-oriented Welder with hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of cement mixer trucks. He will be responsible for performing structural and mechanical welding, fabricating components, and ensuring the integrity and safety of heavy-duty concrete transport vehicles.
Home leave is available after 2 years of work. If the employee breaches the contract, they must compensate the company $1,000.00 and pay for the air ticket and related expenses for their return home.
Positive attitude. Able to work independently and in a team.
Language Needed: English
Basic: $500/month
6-day week. $1,250 (Mon to Sat 8am – 7pm).
Transport & Medical benefits provided.
Housing provided.
Food not provided.
12x monthly $100 safe keeping (total $1200). refund at end of contract
Company may require the candidate to take CoreTrade certification which costs about $1,200. The company will deduct $100 monthly (12 times) from the candidate’s salary. The fee will be refunded if the candidate passes and remains employed with the company until the contract ends.
