Job Description – Senior Relationship Manager (Mortgage)
Location: Karnal Position: 1 CTC: Upto ₹6 LPA
The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing quality mortgage business, managing channel relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the mortgage sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
Source Home Loan and Mortgage (LAP) business through direct and indirect channels.
Manage relationships with connectors, DSAs, builders, and internal teams.
Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
Ensure high-quality customer profiling and documentation.
Coordinate with credit and operations to ensure timely login and sanction.
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Track market trends and competition offerings.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.
Strong knowledge of mortgage sourcing, documentation, and local market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet business targets within timelines.
Strong platform to grow within the mortgage vertical.
Supportive ecosystem with credit, ops and channel partners.
Exposure to diverse sourcing channels and market expansion.
