Sales Manager – School / Educational Institution Finance
Locations: Chennai, Tamil Nadu CTC: Up to 10 LPA Vacancies: 2 Product: School Finance / Educational Institution Finance
We are looking for Sales Managers to drive business development in the School and Educational Institution Finance segment. The role will focus on acquiring educational institutions, building institutional relationships, and achieving business targets.
Drive School Finance / Educational Institution Finance business across the assigned market.
Identify and acquire schools, colleges and educational institutions.
Build strong relationships with promoters, trustees, management and key decision-makers.
Understand institutional funding requirements and propose suitable financing solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
Develop market networks through direct sourcing, references and local relationships.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and other internal teams for smooth processing.
Monitor business pipeline, conversions and portfolio performance.
Ensure adherence to credit, compliance and internal processes.
Relevant experience in School Finance, Educational Institution Finance, SME Finance or Business Banking.
Strong institutional sales and business development experience.
Existing network among schools, educational institutions or local business communities will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented approach with good market knowledge.
