Job Title: Business Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)

Location: Bardoli, Navsari
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Business Manager (BM) for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring portfolio quality in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HL and LAP sales in Bardoli and Navsari location
• Source business through DSA, Channel Partners, Brokers, and Direct Sales
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and manage DSA / Channel Partner network
• Handle customer acquisition and relationship management
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal team for smooth file processing
• Ensure login to disbursement ratio as per company standards
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
• Lead and manage field sales team (if applicable)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products
• Channel Sales / DSA Handling experience
• Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Team handling and leadership ability
• Knowledge of local market in Bardoli and Navsari

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory
• 3–6 years of experience in HL / LAP sales
• Experience in Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance Company preferred
