Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Manager – Mortgage to drive business growth in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) across assigned locations. The role involves managing channel partners, driving team productivity (if applicable), and achieving disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing of Home Loan & LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and open market

• Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and brokers

• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely case closures

• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth processing

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

• 4–8 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales

• Strong experience in DSA / Channel / Open Market sourcing

• Good market knowledge of Kanpur / Varanasi

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
