Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Mortgage | Prime Vertical
Location: Gujarat Region – Surat & Ahmedabad
CTC: ₹25–30 LPA
Department: Mortgage Sales

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Gujarat region to lead the Mortgage business in the Prime vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mortgage sales, team handling, regional business development, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth for the Mortgage (Prime) segment
• Manage regional operations across Surat and Ahmedabad
• Lead and mentor branch / area sales teams
• Develop and strengthen DSA, connector, and channel partner network
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
• Monitor portfolio quality and customer acquisition
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams
• Build strong market presence in the Gujarat region

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Mortgage / LAP sales
• Minimum 3–5 years in team handling / regional leadership role
• Strong knowledge of prime mortgage products
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of target achievement
• Good career stability with consistent tenure in previous organizations
• Strong network in Gujarat market preferred
