Hiring: Relationship Officer – MSME (Maharashtra)

Role: Relationship Officer (RO) – MSME / HL
Location: Maharashtra
CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives

Job Purpose

We are looking for high-performing sales professionals in the MSME segment who have strong experience in open market sourcing, DST channels, and connector networks. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven individual with a proven track record of generating business independently.

 Key Responsibilities

• Generate MSME loan business through DST, connectors, and self-sourcing channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and market intermediaries
• Source new clients from the open market (no dependency on branch leads)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance
• Handle end-to-end loan processing and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and conversions

 Candidate Profile

• Experience in MSME / Business Loan sales (mandatory)
• Strong exposure to open market sourcing & DST channel
