Key Responsibilities:
Source home loans/LAP through DSAs, connectors, referrals, and self-sourcing
Generate leads and convert to disbursals
Manage end-to-end loan processing
Build relationships with customers and intermediaries
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate with 1–3 years in mortgage/LAP sales
Strong local market network
Target-driven with good communication skills
Role Summary: Expand mortgage business via DSA and open market sourcing.
Acquire and manage DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
Drive builder and real estate tie-ups
Generate and manage sales pipeline (Home Loans/LAP)
Ensure file login, processing, and disbursal
Achieve individual sales targets
Graduate with 4+ years in mortgage sales/business development
Experience in channel sourcing and partnerships
Strong networking and execution skills
