Job Description:

• The Client Global Services C-17 Transport Tools and Technical Services team is seeking a C-17 Technical Publication Delivery Specialist. This role will focus on the integration, final quality checks, publishing processing, and support production and delivery of end products. This includes the coordination between Client C-17 Technical Publications and external customer on delivery format(s), requirements, and maintaining data library. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
• Prepares, releases, and delivers technical documents and data to the customer within standard guidelines, processes, and applicable specifications. Identifies document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines. Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs quality checks. Delivers or releases customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements and resolves any discrepancies. Maintains delivery record data files, customer access to online technical content and technical data library. Supports identifying document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines. Gathers technical documents and data, assembles technical end-product, and performs routine quality checks. Completes simple release of customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements. Files delivery records and administers customer access to online technical content and technical data library.
