Lead MS .Net Stack Web Developer (Full Time)
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled .NET Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation
of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience
with the Microsoft .NET stack, leadership qualities to mentor a team of developers, and the
ability to collaborate with stakeholders across projects. Location – Houston, TX
Working model – WFO (Hybrid with 3 Days to office and 2 Days WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and
ASP.NET
MVC.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and
performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product Owners
— to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and RESTful web services.
• Work closely with architects to define technical solutions and application architecture.
• Analyze requirements, prepare technical documentation, and estimate development
timelines.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development life
cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production
environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for performance,
scalability, and maintainability.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in C#,
ASP.NET
Core / MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework / LINQ.
• Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Query Optimization).
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure / AWS Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
preferred.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA,
Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git / TFS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating technical teams.
