What we’re looking for:
A seasoned Agile practitioner with deep Agile knowledge and practical experience in driving Agile transformations, coaching teams, and applying Agile best practices to drive technology delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
· As an Agile Lead, you will provide wide range of Agile coaching and operational support to one or more product domains or horizontal departments, each of which is a scaled team of teams.
· You will be a trusted partner and advisor to the group’s leadership. Sharing the goal of efficient value delivery to our customers, you will be guiding the teams on the Agile ways of working in their day-to-day operations.
· Guided by the enterprise framework and based on data, you will tailor coaching and guidance to meet your customer’s unique needs.
· Other operational responsibilities may include providing Agile tools support, facilitating planning and other ceremonies, delivering documentation and training, enforcing standards compliance, gathering metrics, and assisting leadership with reporting, and risk and dependency management.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

Deep knowledge of various Agile frameworks/methods is required – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
· 5 or more years of experience working in hands-on roles leading or coordinating complex technology delivery (software development preferred) across multiple teams, using Agile methods.
· 7 or more years coaching multiple technology teams through Agile transformation and maturation, including leveraging metrics and KPIs.
· Practical understanding of software development and CI/CD processes.
· Certified Scrum Master or similar certifications.
· Worked in large enterprises with matrix structures and strong governance and compliance requirements.
· Concise and impactful communication skills with the ability to adapt to different levels of audiences.
· Proven track record of influencing without clear authority, both up and down.
· Highly proficient with Jira and Confluence, as well as other common productivity tools.
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
· Experience in helping an organization scale up from simple Scrum teams to a scaled Agile framework like SAFe.
· Project or program management experience with stakeholders, budget and risk management responsibilities.
· Expertise in reporting tools like Power BI.
· Experience working in a product-driven organization.
· SAFe certifications.
