Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
Write clear and detailed user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation.
Work closely with accounting, sales operations, and business development teams; strong understanding of finance and accounting practices is required.
Utilize hands-on experience with Workday and Salesforce; must have experience with financial modules such as Invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Support UAT by orchestrating testing cycles, creating test cases, tracking results, and assisting with test execution as the project approaches go-live.
Required Skills:
5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports/Dashboards).
Experience working with Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, or integrations).
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
