Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply standard Project Management (PM) methodologies to manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Handle resource planning, allocation, and coordination across teams.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate appropriately.
• Use hands-on experience with Salesforce and Workday to guide project decisions and align with business needs.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Workday Financial and Business modules, including key functional areas.
• Collaborate effectively with Workday Professional Services teams during implementation and post-production phases.
• Communicate in “Workday language” — able to understand configurations, business processes, integrations, and Workday operations at a functional level.
• Lead UAT orchestration by coordinating test planning, execution, and readiness activities as the project approaches go-live.

Required Skills:

• 7–12 years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce + Workday integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or related modules.
• Experience working with APIs, middleware tools, and integration platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
