Job Title – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care
Unit – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Duration of Assignment – 13 Weeks
Location – Meeker, CO
Shift – Night Shift
Guaranteed Hours – 36 Hours/Week
Salary Range – $32/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Duties:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality basic nursing care to long-term care residents

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior to nursing staff

• Obtain and document vital signs, intake/output, and other patient data as assigned

• Assist with resident mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation

• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure resident safety at all times

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment

• Document care accurately in the Point Click EMR system

• Support nursing staff during routine care and emergency situations

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification – Required

• Minimum 4 years of LTC/Skilled Nursing experience – Required

• BLS/BCLS certification – Required

• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility (local travelers not accepted)

• Ability to work night shifts, including holidays

• COVID vaccination required per Colorado state mandate

• Must comply with facility housing policies

• Shared, furnished housing provided within city limits (Wi-Fi available)

• No pets, no smoking allowed in housing
