Job Title – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Unit – Nursing / Long Term Care
Duration of Assignment – 13 Weeks
Location – Hilo, Hawaii
Shift – Variable Shifts (Based on Census & Facility Needs)
Guarantee Hours – Not Guaranteed
Salary Range – Up to $50/Hour
Job Duties: • Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. • Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration. • Communicate with MD/NP regarding patient condition and updates. • Assist with admissions and discharges. • Support ADLs and patient care needs. • Provide specialized care including G-tube, catheter care, wound vac, CPAP, and nebulizer treatments. • Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR.
Requirements: • Active LPN license (required upon acceptance). • Minimum 2 years of LTC experience required. • Current BLS certification required. • Experience with wound care, G-tubes, and respiratory support preferred. • Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption required prior to start.
