Business Analyst / Technology Analyst (BA/TA)

• Key Requirements (Must Have)
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Technology Analysis roles
• Strong experience in Hedge Fund / Private Equity domain (MANDATORY)
• Deep understanding of portfolio management systems & investment workflows
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (very important)
• Experience working with financial data including:
• Trades, Positions, P&L, Pricing, Reconciliation
• Experience with data integrations, APIs, and data mapping
• Ability to work closely with both business stakeholders & engineering teams
• What You’ll Do
• Gather and analyze business & technical requirements across investment teams
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and data mappings
• Work on portfolio management platform implementations (Finbourne preferred)
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams for delivery
• Support data integrations across OMS, accounting, and downstream systems
• Drive UAT, validation, and ensure high-quality releases

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or relevant field
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe environments
