Key Requirements (Must Have)
- 10+ years of experience in Project / Product / Business Analysis roles
- Strong experience in Hedge Fund / Private Equity domain (MANDATORY)
- Proven track record managing portfolio management / investment systems
- Experience working with platforms like Finbourne (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Portfolio Accounting Systems
- Trade lifecycle, P&L, positions, reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data integrations, APIs
- Strong stakeholder management across business & technology teams
- What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of portfolio management initiatives
- Manage multiple projects across Agile teams
- Drive backlog prioritization, roadmap planning & execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders including portfolio managers, traders & ops teams
- Ensure seamless integration of financial data across systems
- Identify risks, drive mitigation, and ensure on-time delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or similar
- SAFe / Agile certifications (APM, POPM etc.)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
