Job Description:
BCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production at our Renton, WA location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
8+ years related work experience in structure design.
Experience with CATIA V5 and
Client
specific design tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM
SCOPE OF OPEN ROLE

Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
