Description:

• Employee has the knowledge to perform the more complex duties listed below.
• 1. Develop new methods, techniques, form blocks, etc., to facilitate straightening and forming.
• 2. Adjust and maintain heat, gas and hydraulic control systems within the maximum and minimum range.
• 3. Use test equipment to determine conformity to engineering drawings.
• 4. Work on parts of unusual complexity requiring exacting tolerances.
• 5. Fabricate and assemble mechanical, structural or plumbing parts and assemblies
• Skills:
• Need workers with 5+ years of Stretch Press / Hand Rout Operator experience
• Selected workers will work 2nd shift primarily. However, must be ready to work any shift/OT/weekends as needed
• Must be able to stand and work for entire 8 hr. shift
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks after offer acceptance
• Must clear the background checks
• Need to do Boeing re-hire checks before offer acceptance if your candidate was a former Boeing worker
