Description:

• Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies, sub-assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell. Apply scotch cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and pressure test, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements and established processes and procedures
• The Company will provide appropriate assistance in job training to enable employees to perform all necessary job functions including the following:
• Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, etc. sealing to quality requirements.
• Complete required data gathering transactions to facilitate all sealer progression.
• Perform any and all required pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing or check during or after final seal and/or seal progression.
• Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments
• Report and/or investigate job handicaps such as: errors, assembly procedures, tools, sequences, etc.
• Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training, coaching and assisting employees of all classification levels.
• Document any discrepancies according to specification, process, and procedure.
• Temporarily attach parts and or assemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking
• 1. Integral Fuel Cell Sealing - Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components.
• 2. Additionally, the employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform one or more of the skills listed below, along with any lower level sealant level described below:
