Job Description
This role is open to assist with a maternity leave coverage but will also add some additional bench strength to the team.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone more senior with 5+ years of experience but would be open to someone with 2 or more of experience years if they are sharp.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable working in an enterprise environment, can follow a formal recruitment process, understands how to influence/ guide hiring managers, passively source, maintain documentation, and really understand how to drive the recruitment process. This individual would likely be working both high-level engineering roles that will require passive sourcing, high volume unionized positions, and potentially an insourcing event or two. We like individuals who have experience recruiting in industrial or construction like environments.
