Guarantee Hours: 40 Hours
Salary Range: Up to $103/hr

Job Duties:

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory applications.

• Support retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows, including prescription processing, dispensing, charging, and inventory.

• Analyze pharmacy operations and optimize workflows through system configuration.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements.

• Support testing, upgrades, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Coordinate with pharmacy leadership, IT, vendors, and interface teams to resolve system issues.

• Collaborate with the Willow Inpatient team on shared medication records and enterprise initiatives.

• Maintain build documentation, testing records, and change-control documentation.

• Manage assigned projects and provide timely status updates.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant business systems analysis or IT systems implementation experience.

• Epic Willow Inpatient certification required.

• Experience with pharmacy workflows and application support preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
