Job responsibilities:
∙Co-ordinate and work closely with project managers and delivery leads for on-time
completion of all the project management activities
∙Regular tracking and reporting various ongoing activities throughout the portfolio to the
top management
∙Monitor project progress and flag-off any issues that arise
∙Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and chase for necessary actions by
the stakeholders
∙Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
∙Responsible for day-to-day operations, while handling large volumes and dynamic
resource allocation
∙Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the participants
∙Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
∙Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across
accounts
∙Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations
∙Look after the MIS for the senior management like, monthly P & L, Margins earned etc.
∙Demonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skills
