Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in IBM FileNet and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileNet P8 - Records Manager Process Engine Content Engine and Content Services. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using IBM FileNet technologies to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Implement and configure FileNet P8
• Records Manager to manage and archive records efficiently.
• Utilize FileNet P8
• Process Engine to automate business processes and workflows.
• Manage and optimize FileNet P8
• Content Engine to store and retrieve content effectively.
• Ensure the integrity and security of content using FileNet Content Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements in the Cards & Payments domain.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet applications to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of FileNet applications.

Qualifications

•  
• Possess strong technical skills in IBM FileNet including FileNet P8
• Records Manager Process Engine Content Engine and Content Services.
• Have a solid understanding of the Cards & Payments domain to effectively implement business requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in system documentation and technical writing.
• Have experience in system performance tuning and optimization.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Show attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrate experience in providing technical support and training to end-users.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of system security and data integrity principles.
• Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Certifications Required

IBM Certified Specialist - FileNet P8 V5.2.1 or higher
