Job Purpose:
Cognizant is searching for a Content Senior Manager to support its North American Field
Marketing Team.
This role will be responsible for content creation, including white papers, blogs, research
studies, brochures, videos, email communications and social media posts.
Responsibilities:
As a Content Senior Manager in Field Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing
all content development activities – from strategizing, researching, outlining, writing,
editing, designing, posting, and measuring feedback and results.

∙Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business unit leadership to define,
develop and contribute to thought leadership that includes research studies,
white papers, sales guides, perspectives, and points-of-view.
∙Create outstanding content that differentiates Cognizant in the marketplace.
∙Collaborate with Cognizant partners and colleagues, (thought leadership,
advisory, AR, PR, social media, and website teams) and sales leadership to
syndicate thought leadership and improve visibility and client reach.
∙Lead messaging development in partnership with Cognizant SMEs, with a focus
on business imperatives, industry trends, and solutions that elevate Cognizant’s
brand.
∙Work effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure
delivery and quality of assets that are aligned with Cognizant branding
guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
∙B.A. or B.S. degree
∙At least 10 years of prior B2B and/or professional services marketing experience,
with a demonstrated ability to articulate key messages and value propositions
∙Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - including executive
communications
∙Hands-on experience with AI and generative AI marketing tools
∙Excellent project management skills and validated ability to lead cross-functional,
cross-regional teams to complete objectives on time and within budget
∙Previous experience working in a highly matrixed organization
