Key Responsibilities:
∙Lead independent technical and process audits of Azure cloud migration programs.
∙Review cloud architecture against Azure Well-Architected Framework.
∙Assess infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
∙Evaluate security configurations, identity & access controls, and policy compliance.
∙Identify gaps in reliability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
∙Conduct cost optimization assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
∙Create audit reports with risk ratings, remediation plans, and architecture insights.
∙Review selected workloads in GCP for architecture, compliance, and governance.
∙Stay current on evolving cloud standards, benchmarks, and tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–14 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in cloud platforms.
∙Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, RBAC, ARM/Bicep).
∙Familiarity with GCP core services, IAM, and architecture principles.
∙Hands-on experience auditing CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform, Bicep/ARM).
∙Solid grasp of Azure governance, compliance (e.g., Benchmarks, ISO 27001).
∙Understanding of cloud cost models, FinOps principles, and right-sizing.
∙Knowledge of Well-Architected Framework (Azure and optionally GCP).
