Industry Marketing Campaign Operations Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Campaign Operations Lead to support
multi market industry campaigns in EMEA. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence
across campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will bring
expertise in budget management, lead tracking, ROI analysis, and partner reporting to help drive
marketing efficiency and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Execution
∙Support the planning and execution of multi-market integrated marketing campaigns.
∙Oversee campaign setup across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Budget and Channel Management
∙Own campaign budget tracking and reconciliation across markets and channels.
∙Ensure budget allocations align with campaign goals and business priorities.
∙Recommend optimal channel mix based on performance data and audience insights.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
∙Monitor and analyse campaign performance across key metrics including leads, conversions,
and ROI.
∙Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance and lead status
∙Track marketing-influenced pipeline and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
∙Collaborate with EMEA Industry marketing team to track campaign performance, lead status
and reporting.
∙Work closely with External Agencies, MarTech, and Digital Media teams to align on goals
and execution.
∙Ensure consistent reporting standards and data integrity across all campaign efforts.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
∙6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or campaign management, preferably in
technology or services industries.
∙Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation, and funnel
metrics.
∙Experience managing multi-market budgets and optimizing channel performance.
Technical & Analytical Skills
∙Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce),
and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
∙Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
∙Familiarity with partner marketing reporting and co-marketing metrics.
Collaboration & Communication
∙Excellent project management and organizational skills.
∙Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
∙Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
∙Pipeline Influence: Marketing influenced pipeline and conversion.
∙Campaign ROI: Efficiency and effectiveness of marketing spend across channels and markets.
∙Lead Management: Timely upload and progress of campaign leads in the system.
∙Operational Excellence: Timely execution, budget adherence, and reporting accuracy.
Reporting
This position reports to the Senior Director and Head of Industry Marketing in EMEA and requires
close collaboration with EMEA Industry Marketing Team.
