Job Title: Delivery Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Delivery Leads to drive large-scale technology transformation programs. The role requires technical background, combined with excellent program management and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across multiple domains/accounts.
Partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps.
Ensure delivery excellence, SLA adherence, and governance.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and operational rigor.
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to scale solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in program/project management with strong delivery ownership.
Mentor PMs and delivery leads.
Drive competency development and team collaboration.
Exposure to AI/ML solutions, GenAI applications, or intelligent automation.
Understanding of modern AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI adoption challenges.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Passion for technology transformation and ability to evangelize AI adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of IT/delivery experience with technical background
Certifications in RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, or project/program management (PMP/Prince2/Agile) are a plus.
