Chief Accountant – Family Theme Park in Bali

Our client, a family-focused theme park in Bali, is seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to oversee its financial operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support the park's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial variances, and create forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Work closely with department leaders to manage costs and enhance financial efficiency.
• Perform internal audits to uphold financial accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain financial records following Indonesian accounting standards and global best practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management.

Qualifications:

• At least 7-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry; experience with theme parks is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial laws.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Skilled in using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
