Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead the company’s accounting function, ensuring compliance with GAAP, accurate financial reporting, and strong audit readiness. This role will also be responsible for driving the setup and implementation of advanced accounting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold accounting practices in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements.
• Ensure audit readiness and support external audit processes.
• Lead the setup and implementation of advanced accounting applications and systems.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3–4 years in a restaurant chain or F&B business in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations.
• Proven experience in implementing or upgrading accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good command of English is preferred.
